What are your terms & conditions regarding refunds?

Commissioned Paintings & Pet Portraits come with a 7 day money back guarantee from the time of the order. As long as clients request a written refund within the 7 days they will be re-funded in full.

What are your terms & conditions regarding cancellations?

Should you wish to cancel your commission, please notify Theora as soon as possible. There will be a 20% cancellation fee based on the total amount of the purchase price. If the painting or portrait has already been started, there will be a charge for the time spent working on it.

When will your artwork be delivered?

Work on your commissioned painting or portrait will commence once the payment in full has been received. Once the painting or portrait is finished, you will receive a photo of the art piece for your approval. At this point in the process minor changes can be made if needed. You will be notified when the art has been shipped.

Copyright Questions

Theora retains & owns full copyright on all originals, prints, commissioned paintings, pet portraits, & artwork that she has created. All commissioned artwork will be displayed on gallery pages unless otherwise stated in your email request.

What if the artwork is damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event that an art piece should be damaged in transit, please send the art piece back in it’s original packaging upon which it will be repaired or replaced.

Can I arrange for a payment plan?

Can I commission a piece of art?
